Summary: As an Affiliate Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in expanding and managing our affiliate programs. Your role will involve recruiting and onboarding affiliates, content creators, and micro-influencers who share a passion for Huda Beauty, transforming them into key drivers of growth. You will also support the Global Affiliate Manager in designing programs and campaigns that drive customer acquisition, brand advocacy, and authentic content creation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Onboarding: Identify and recruit affiliates and content creators for our programs and manage a smooth and engaging onboarding experience.
• Program Management: Oversee daily operations of affiliate programs, optimizing performance and ensuring alignment with brand goals.
• Campaign Planning and Execution: Assist in planning and executing affiliate marketing campaigns that promote our products and drive engagement, ensuring effective communication with affiliates.
• Community Building: Create and implement exclusive rewards and challenges to engage and retain affiliates, cultivate a network of authentic brand advocates, and enhance brand loyalty through impactful programs.
• Content Management: Build and maintain a robust UGC catalogue, ensuring content meets brand guidelines for use across various channels. Manage content calendars and provide guidance to creators.
• Performance Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, reconcile sales data, and prepare detailed reports to provide actionable insights and optimize affiliate program effectiveness.
• Collaboration and Strategy Execution: Work closely with the Communications team, E-commerce team, and Performance Marketing team to ensure cohesive execution of marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or community management, preferably within beauty or fashion.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Experience with affiliate marketing platforms and analytics tools to track performance.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, including trends, content creation, and analytics.
• Ability to think creatively and contribute ideas to create engaging campaigns that adhere to our brand guidelines.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; native English speaker is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
