Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Manager

ThinkMarkets and ThinkCapital are seeking a highly motivated and strategicAffiliate & Influencer Marketing Manager to lead and grow our global affiliate and influencer marketing programs across both brands.

This role will be responsible for sourcing, onboarding, managing, and optimizing relationships with affiliates and trading influencers to drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is well-connected in the trading, forex, and prop trading spaces, highly analytical, and creative in building long-term partnerships that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Affiliate Program Management:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy for both ThinkMarkets and ThinkCapital.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates including website owners, content creators, educators, and community leaders in the forex, trading, and fintech spaces.
  • Manage day-to-day communications with affiliates, providing ongoing support, resources, and performance insights.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to create affiliate marketing materials (banners, landing pages, emails, tracking links).
  • Implement commission structures, incentive programs, and loyalty initiatives to maximize affiliate performance and retention.
  • Monitor affiliate performance, analyze KPIs (traffic, leads, deposits, sales), and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
  • Onboard and Manage affiliate platform and tracking tool to ensure accurate reporting and payouts.

Influencer Marketing & Partnerships:

  • Build and manage a global network of influencers across YouTube, Instagram, Twitter (X), TikTok, Telegram, Discord, and LinkedIn.
  • Identify high-potential trading, investing, and personal finance influencers who align with the ThinkMarkets and ThinkCapital brands.
  • Develop and negotiate influencer contracts, including customized commission structures, milestone bonuses, and brand ambassador agreements.
  • Coordinate campaigns, sponsored content, live trading sessions, webinars, and brand promotions with influencers.
  • Monitor and report on influencer campaign performance (reach, engagement, acquisition metrics, ROI).
  • Work with influencers to co-create content that educates, entertains, and drives credibility in the trading community.
  • Work closely with the paid media, content, creative, social media teams to align affiliate/influencer efforts with broader marketing campaigns.
  • Partner with compliance and legal teams to ensure all partnerships meet regulatory and brand standards.
  • Coordinate with regional teams to localize influencer and affiliate strategies for priority markets (e.g., MENA and LATAM).

Reporting & Optimization:

  • Analyze affiliate and influencer performance reports to identify top performers, areas of improvement, and growth opportunities.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports to senior leadership on channel health, ROI, and acquisition trends.
  • Continuously test new partnership strategies, tools, and creative formats to maximize partner engagement and revenue.
