Job description

Proactively identify and develop affiliates within communities and relationships that consist of HNW clients and professional traders.

Manage and enhance relationships with HNW clients in MENA, maintaining frequent contact, and build partnerships with influencers for user acquisition.

Plan and execute online and offline marketing activities, including events and campaigns with influencers or media channels.

Expand the user base and increase awareness of the OKX brand.

Devise creative strategies to identify potential affiliates and acquire users.

What You'll Be Doing

• Proactively identify and develop affiliates with communities of HNW clients and professional traders.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with HNW clients in MENA, maintaining regular contact.
• Build partnerships with influencers to aid user acquisition.
• Plan and execute marketing activities, events, and campaigns online and offline.
• Expand the user base and promote the OKX brand awareness.
• Develop innovative methods to identify and acquire potential affiliates.

What We Look For In You

• Solid experience in Cryptocurrency, Finance, FX, or related fields, with a proven track record in building large affiliate networks.
• Experience in business development or affiliate management.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Understanding of affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and performance optimization through data analysis and segmentation.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is a MUST.

• Established connections in the region with HNW clients and professional traders.

Nice to Haves

• Previous experience at a crypto exchange is a plus.
• Experience working across time zones and with cross-cultural teams.
