Job summary

Sinclair in the UAE seeks an experienced Sales Manager to lead a field-based sales team across the UAE aesthetic injectables business. You will coach and develop Sales Representatives and Product Specialists while driving commercial execution and growth.

The role requires leading from the front, spending significant time in the field with customers, and collaborating with Marketing, Medical Affairs and other functions to ensure aligned customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business, marketing, life sciences, or pharmacy field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in aesthetics, medical devices, pharma or related healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the UAE Sales team to deliver sales, revenue and market growth.
• Translate strategy into territory plans and field execution.
• Drive sales performance through effective territory management and account planning.
• Provide coaching, field accompaniment and performance reviews.
• Build strong relationships with aesthetic clinics, physicians and practitioners.
• Monitor KPIs, forecasts and market trends; take timely corrective actions.
