GlowHR@2026 is seeking a Female Aesthetic General Practitioner (GP) to join our growing aesthetic and dermatology clinic in the UAE. The role focuses on consultations, personalized treatment plans, and performing aesthetic procedures with high safety and patient care standards.

The ideal candidate holds a medical degree with a valid UAE license/eligibility and has hands-on experience in aesthetic procedures.

Qualifications

• Medical degree with a valid UAE medical license/eligibility.
• Aesthetic privilege/certification is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on aesthetic experience preferred.
• Experience in injectables, skin treatments, and other non-surgical aesthetic procedures.
• Strong knowledge of aesthetic treatment protocols and patient safety.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and patient-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinic environment.
• Female candidates preferred.
• Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct aesthetic consultations and assess patients’ concerns and treatment goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients’ needs.
• Perform aesthetic procedures such as Botox, dermal fillers, skin boosters, mesotherapy, PRP, and other non-surgical treatments, according to qualifications and licensing.
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
• Ensure compliance with SHA - DHA/health authority regulations and clinic policies.
• Provide proper pre- and post-treatment advice and follow-up.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming patient experience.
• Work collaboratively with doctors, nurses, and the clinic team.
