Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in UAE (Concrete/Building Materials/Construction)

Are you passionate about innovative concrete design and solution-based selling? Our client, a leading player in the building materials industry, is looking for an Aesthetic Concrete Specialist to join their growing team in Dubai. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact architectural and infrastructure projects across the GCC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales of aesthetic concrete solutions through project specifications and direct client engagement.

  • Conduct field-based technical solution development, value engineering, and cost analysis.

  • Collaborate with architects, designers, and contractors during concept, design, and execution phases.

  • Promote Tera Slab, RTVA, and other innovative products through on-site support and training.

  • Lead workshops, exhibitions, and client events to enhance product visibility and market share.

  • Maintain CRM systems, manage customer records, and support project delivery with internal teams.

Key Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.

  • Strong on-site/field sales and technical experience.

  • Proven track record in hard landscaping and aesthetic concrete applications.

  • Familiar with Tera Slab and RTVA product usage.

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the GCC region.

  • Existing network of contacts and leads in the industry.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.

  • UAE Driving License required.
