Job summary

EDGE in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Supplier Quality Manager to own supplier quality performance, lead audits, and drive improvements across mechanical and electronic supply chains. You will oversee FAI programs, SCAR processes, and KPI reporting while mentoring the quality team.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in aerospace/defense supplier quality, AS9100D/Nadcap expertise, and strong leadership capabilities to advance EDGE's quality program in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in supplier quality within aerospace/defense manufacturing.
• Deep knowledge of AS9100D, AS9102 and Nadcap requirements.
• Proven experience leading supplier audits and 8D corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Own supplier quality governance and scorecards across casting, machining, sheet metal, electronics and standard parts.
• Plan and lead supplier quality audits including AS9100D and Nadcap requirements.
• Drive SCAR process end-to-end: issue, 8D, verify, close; maintain risk flags.
