Job description

We're seeking a Hub Account Manager to join our dynamic Last Mile network.

In this role, you will manage acquisition quality performance KPIs and lead a team of associates, helping to build the future of customer service as we strive to become Earth's most customer-centric company. This is your chance to make history with us.

About the role:

You will be responsible as a manager for one of the main teams, ensuring that all workflows run smoothly and that customer expectations are met or exceeded.

Within the logistics team, you will lead and oversee a team of approximately 8-30 associates, managing a large network of stores, including acquisition and performance. You will drive training, integration, motivation, and inspire progress. You will exercise sound judgment to ensure progress and KPI targets are met.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Safeguarding your team's safety and promoting Amazon's Health and Safety standards.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to uphold Amazon's high standards of process quality across the network.
  • Maintaining inventory accuracy at stores.
  • Streamlining processes and becoming a subject matter expert on Hub processes and activities.
  • Sharing best practices with colleagues and the network.
  • Leading acquisition efforts to meet expansion plans.
Key job responsibilities:
  • Partnering with safety and regional managers to ensure safety compliance.
  • Guiding ADEs/CTLs as the Hub program scales, managing operational issues, and preparing for peak periods.
  • Supporting onboarding and launch of new stores.
  • Coaching and upskilling team members using Amazon tools.
  • Identifying opportunities for customer metric improvements.
  • Ensuring process consistency and quality within delivery stations.
  • Developing relationships with Hub stores and improving store sentiment.
  • Aligning communication with stores following collaboration with OTR partners.
  • Representing store interests within Amazon Logistics.
  • Improving driver standards to protect brand image.
  • Collaborating with ADEs to deliver ramp plans and meet peak volume demands.
  • Leading acquisition efforts on the ground to meet expansion goals.
A day in the life:

The Hub Account Manager owns communication with stores, supports onboarding, tracks quality, and collaborates on quality and reliability issues impacting OTR metrics.

Requirements include:

  • Experience with Excel and data analysis to assess performance drivers.
  • Bachelor's degree.
