Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement competency frameworks to support organizational effectiveness and business growth.
• Drive leadership development programs to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Lead succession planning initiatives, ensuring readiness for critical roles across the organization.
• Develop and oversee youth development programs, fostering the next generation of industry professionals.
• Partner with business leaders and HR teams to align L&D strategies with organizational priorities.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of L&D initiatives and continuously enhance frameworks and programs.
