Advisor - Cloud (Urgent)

This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior advisory role and shape the future of cloud infrastructure at scale. As the Cloud Advisor, you will work directly with program leadership, guiding the migration strategy and ensuring the success of a multi-entity, multi-cloud initiative.

Client Details: A major entity in the UAE undertaking a large-scale digital transformation across multiple entities - consolidating, securing and scaling cloud infrastructure through a landmark program.

Description:

1. Oversee and advise on all phases of cloud migration - from strategy and scoping to execution and optimisation.
2. Support the design of a sovereign cloud layer spanning Azure, Oracle, and AWS environments.
3. Ensure security, compliance and governance are embedded at every stage of the transition.
4. Coach internal stakeholders, hold teams accountable and act as the escalation point for complex challenges.
5. Advise the Program Director with strategic insights on risks, dependencies and program health.
6. Contribute to the buildout of unified data centres, ensuring standards and economies of scale are achieved.

Qualifications:

1. Extensive experience leading enterprise-wide cloud transformation programs working with international, recognised consulting firms and/or working within large, complex businesses, leading multiple large scale cloud related engagements.
2. Deep expertise in Azure, with strong understanding of hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
3. Proven ability to act in a true advisor capacity - strategic, pragmatic, and influential.
4. Strong grasp of migration approaches (lift-and-shift, re-platforming, modernisation).
5. Comfortable working at C-level, with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
6. Must be available to work full-time on-site in Abu Dhabi.
