Job summary

NMC is seeking an Emergency Medical Technician in Abu Dhabi. You will respond to medical emergencies, drive to scenes, and provide pre-hospital care including CPR, AED, and basic life support. The role requires a DOH EMT license, BLS, and PHTLS, with at least two years of EMT experience.

You will work within a coordinated EMS team, maintaining ambulance readiness while following local regulations and safety protocols. Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is desirable.

Qualifications

• Valid DOH EMT license in Abu Dhabi.
• Graduate EMT-Basic with 4–6 weeks duration and valid BLS & PHTLS.
• At least two years of EMT experience.
• Licensed in country of origin and DOH license to practice in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities

• Respond to medical emergencies and drive to scene; provide Basic Life Support.
• Assess patient condition, perform 3-lead ECG as indicated.
• Administer AED, CPR, spinal motion restriction, ventilation; control bleeding and shock; bandage wounds.
