Job summary

Ain Al Khaleej Hospital in the UAE seeks an experienced Advance Care Paramedic to join our emergency and clinical care team. You will provide advanced emergency medical assessment, stabilization, and life support, handling medical, trauma, cardiac, and respiratory emergencies with composure and precision.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in Paramedicine (or related field), valid DOH license or eligibility, 4+ years of relevant experience, and current BLS/ACLS certifications.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Paramedicine, Emergency Medical Services, or related field.
• DOH License or Eligibility as a Paramedic.
• 4+ years of relevant hospital, EMS, or emergency care experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced emergency medical assessment, treatment, and stabilization.
• Manage medical, trauma, cardiac, and respiratory emergencies.
• Perform advanced airway management, cardiac monitoring, and life support procedures.
• Administer emergency medications and treatments within the approved scope of practice.
• Ensure patient safety, privacy, and dignity throughout care.
• Assist with resuscitation and emergency procedures as required.
• Coordinate effectively with Emergency Physicians, Nurses, and other multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Ensure safe patient transfer and provide accurate clinical handover.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
• Check and maintain emergency equipment, medications, and supplies.
• Adhere to hospital policies, infection control standards, and patient safety protocols.
