Job summary

Ain Al Khaleej Hospital in the UAE seeks an experienced Advance Care Paramedic to join our emergency and clinical care team. The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in Paramedicine (or related field), valid DOH license or eligibility, 4+ years of relevant experience, and current BLS/ACLS certifications.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Paramedicine, Emergency Medical Services, or related field.
• DOH License or Eligibility as a Paramedic.
• 4+ years of relevant hospital, EMS, or emergency care experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced emergency medical assessment, treatment, and stabilization.
• Manage medical, trauma, cardiac, and respiratory emergencies.
• Perform advanced airway management, cardiac monitoring, and life support procedures.
• Administer emergency medications and treatments within the approved scope of practice.
• Ensure patient safety, privacy, and dignity throughout care.
• Assist with resuscitation and emergency procedures as required.
• Coordinate effectively with Emergency Physicians, Nurses, and other multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Ensure safe patient transfer and provide accurate clinical handover.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
• Check and maintain emergency equipment, medications, and supplies.
• Adhere to hospital policies, infection control standards, and patient safety protocols.

Ain Al Khaleej Hospital is seeking a skilled and dedicated Advance Care Paramedic to join our emergency and clinical care team. We are looking for a qualified professional with strong expertise in advanced emergency care, patient assessment, stabilization, and life support.

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or on-call duties as required.
