We are looking for a results-oriented Sales Account Manager who is passionate about partnering with our advertisers to make effective, data-driven marketing decisions. As a Sales Account Manager, you will manage and deliver against advertiser goals and problems to drive revenue and achieve targets. You will nurture customer relationships, identify and close revenue-driving actions, and develop your client portfolio. Additionally, you will leverage Amazon’s proprietary data to provide strategic and personalized campaign recommendations across Search, Video, and Display products. This role requires high collaboration with Creative, Sales, Product, and Retail teams. Your strategic digital expertise will be key to unlocking greater value and impact for our advertisers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strive to delight our customers by becoming a knowledgeable partner on Amazon Ads solutions.
  2. Take a consultative approach to optimize customer advertising campaigns using data and Amazon insights.
  3. Manage a portfolio of advertisers, proactively identifying and realizing opportunities to increase revenue and performance.
  4. Support advertisers’ ongoing growth and success by evaluating KPIs and optimizing campaign performance through analytical methods.
  5. Educate advertisers on performance metrics, insights, and strategies to achieve better results on Amazon.
  6. Monitor account performance to ensure optimal ROI and advertiser satisfaction.
  7. Retain and grow revenue from your existing advertiser portfolio.
  8. Achieve upsell goals through insight-driven recommendations.

Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to interpret large data sets and make recommendations to clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and deliver results in loosely defined situations.
  • Strong MS Office skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in display advertising sales/marketing.
  • Experience with programmatic advertising.
  • Experience in ecommerce advertising.
  • Experience in search/performance advertising.
