• Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards during civil and mechanical construction, guaranteeing safety and quality in all phases of work.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop detailed construction plans and schedules, ensuring timely project delivery.
• Prepare and review technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and work plans, to align with project requirements.
• Implement best practices for waste management and resource allocation, contributing to ADNOC's sustainability goals.
• Monitor project progress against established timelines and budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders and identifying any variances.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution, ensuring a strong technical foundation.
• Candidates should have valid WMS certificate.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in the oil and gas sector, demonstrating a proven track record in civil and mechanical projects.
• Certification from an ADNOC-approved training program, validating expertise in compliance with ADNOC's operational standards.
• Physically fit and capable of working in challenging environments, with a strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards.
