Job Description

We are looking for Superstars! The Admissions Relations Assistant consistently strives to meet and exceed parent expectations, thereby maximizing overall conversion rates. This position is crucial for driving growth, maintaining a seamless, supportive journey for prospective families, and upholding Cognita's reputation for delivering an outstanding parent & student experience.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Pipeline and CRM Management: Support the Admissions Executive with all pipelines, ensuring all leads, enquiries, and applications are managed effectively. Maintain CRM data integrity and implement Cognita Middle East’s Customer Experience SLAs, delivering exceptional service to our parents and schools.
  2. High-Quality Customer Engagement: Act as the first point of contact for prospective parents, ensuring all interactions are personalized, professional, and aligned with Cognita's RES standards. Conduct detailed follow-up calls, emails, and virtual meetings to nurture leads and provide families with tailored information based on their specific needs and preferences. Deliver compelling and empathetic parent conversations that showcase the value proposition of Cognita schools. Support targeted campaigns including open days, virtual tours, and events.
  3. Continuous Improvement: Ensure a seamless, efficient, and enjoyable experience for prospective parents throughout the admissions journey. Actively contribute to the development of customer service excellence within the central admissions team. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills.
Person Specification
  • Experience: Experience in a customer experience role, with a demonstrated track record in achieving sales targets and enhancing customer service.

Working Conditions
  • Hours: 8 am – 5 pm or as required, including occasional weekends for events and peak times.
