The successful candidate will manage student enrolment processes, maintain accurate admissions data, and support marketing activities while engaging directly with prospective families. Our client, a leading international school in the UAE, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Admissions Officer to join their administrative team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for prospective families and play a key role in student enrolment, communication, and maintaining accurate admissions data.
Key Responsibilities :
Serve as the primary liaison for all admission-related inquiries from prospective parents
Conduct school tours, interviews, and respond to emails / phone calls in a professional manner
Guide families through the application and enrolment process
Maintain up-to-date student records and databases
Coordinate entrance assessments and liaise with academic staff
Assist with marketing and promotional activities related to student recruitment
Provide regular reports on admissions data and trends to school leadership
Support the registrar and admin team with events and student records when needed
Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Education, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in admissions or customer service, preferably in a school setting
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Proficiency in MS Office and database systems; knowledge of school management systems is a plus
Fluent in English ; Arabic or other languages a plus
Organized, professional, and customer-focused
Already based in the UAE with availability for an in-person interview preferred
