Admissions Officer

Nord Anglia International School is seeking to appoint an outstanding Admissions Officer to join our School’s Admissions team. Reporting to the Director of Admissions and marketing, you will be responsible for driving the admissions programmes and processing the number of visits and applications from families and potential students.

This position has a start date of May 2025.

About You

We’d love to welcome the right person to NAS Abu Dhabi as part of our founding Marketing, Admissions and Communications team. The role of Admissions Officer is to create an outstanding experience for parents and students throughout every stage of the Parent Experience Journey.

The Day-to-day Will Include

• Responsibility for assisting families in an individualised admissions process from enquiry to application including the admissions tours.
• Act as the first point of contact for all admissions enquiries from potential or existing parents and organisations.
• Assist with the development and evaluation of admissions strategies for the school to deliver goals and enhance relationships with key stakeholders.
• Lead the implementation and evaluation of the action plans to deliver the admissions strategies.
• Creating a sense of excitement and positive anticipation amongst families who are enrolled to join the school in the future, through well-executed communications and events.
• Supporting the academic team with a range of induction activities for new students and families, so that they are fully informed about their first days and weeks as valued members of our Nord Anglia community.
• Gather and record feedback from both prospective and current parents through informal meetings and customer satisfaction surveys.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service industry
• High level of international and inter-cultural understanding
• Native English-speaking professional

Selection Process
