Job summary

Atlantis Dubai, part of Kerzner International, seeks a Procurement professional to procure goods and services, manage sourcing in line with policy, monitor COUPA requisitions, issue RFQs and spot bids, and negotiate prices and terms.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree (Supply Chain or Business Administration); proficient in Excel and ERP; strong communication, analytical and logical reasoning skills.

About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for procuring goods and services within a specific category in the Procurement Shared Services Department. You will manage sourcing activities in compliance with company policies and regulations, monitor purchase requisitions in COUPA, issue RFQs and spot bids, and negotiate prices and payment terms. The position requires independent judgment, strong organizational skills, and a professional approach to delivering efficient service to all stakeholders, under the guidance of the Procurement Manager.

About you

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration), be proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP solutions, and possess strong communication, analytical, and logical reasoning skills.
