About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join the Information Technology team at Inside Burj Al Arab. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

1. Managing incidents and service requests through various communication channels, providing support to both back of house and front of house colleagues.
2. Capturing and maintaining accurate case details to enhance shared knowledge and reporting.
3. Developing solutions or workarounds using problem-solving techniques to restore services promptly.
4. Identifying unresolved cases and allocating them appropriately, while advising users of actions taken.
5. Adhering to IT standards, deploying PCs, laptops, and POS machines on the Jumeirah Network, and proactively resolving faults observed during deployment.
6. Managing user accounts, including creation, password resets, and deactivation, across all business applications following predefined standards.

About you:

The ideal candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:

1. Certification as a Microsoft Certified Desktop Technician (MCDST).
2. Advanced written and spoken English communication skills.
3. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably with specialization in IT, ITIL, or CobIT Certification (desired).
