SUMMARY:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Human Resources team as an HR & PR Administrative Support. In this role you will assist with a wide range of HR and Public Relations tasks ensuring smooth daily operations and compliance with UAE labor laws.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Track and follow up on visa applications including their status and release.
Coordinate medical and Emirates ID registration for employees in collaboration with the PRO.
Liaise with external training institutes regarding training schedules and keep records up to date.
Maintain and manage employee passports securely.
Keep employee records (both digital and physical) updated in coordination with the HR Officer.
Check daily attendance and submit timesheets for payroll processing.
Support the PRO with daily PR-related tasks.
Manage PRO responsibilities when needed.
Ensure compliance with all internal policies and UAE labor law.
Assist with other tasks as required to support HR Quality HSE Finance IT Procurement and Operations departments.
Adhere to QHSE (Quality Health Safety & Environment) standards and company procedures.
Any other assigned task : Add hoc task.
EDUCATION:
A diploma or degree in HR Business Administration or Management.
Holding a professional certification in HR is a plus.
EXPERIENCE:
1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in HR administration and public relations preferably within the UAE
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:
Strong Pro-active approach results driven self-motivated.
Solid understanding of UAE labor and immigration laws.
Good administrative capabilities (reporting follow-up actions)
Excellent written and spoken communication in both English and Arabic with the ability to translate documents between both languages.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using UAE government smart apps (All Government portals etc.).
Knowledge of visa processing CNIA applications and trade/business license applications and renewals.
Valid UAE driving license required.
Basic understanding of industrial safety practices.
