Administrator / HR Assistant

Office-based | Dubai Hills, Park Heights Square 1

LIVRICHY Real Estate Brokerage LLC | Dubai Hills, UAE

We are looking for a detail-oriented, well-organized, and proactive Administrator / HR Assistant to support our HR department and assist with both administrative and recruitment-related tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Make calls to candidates and schedule interviews
  • Prepare and issue offer letters and employment contracts
  • Organize and coordinate interviews and internal meetings
  • Maintain employee and candidate databases
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Manager
  • Assist with onboarding new hires
  • Handle document filing, office supplies, and scheduling
  • Use CRM tools and Excel for tracking and reporting
  • Support general office operations as needed

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
  • Previous experience in administration or HR is a plus
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Docs, and basic office software
  • Highly organized, punctual, and attentive to detail
  • Friendly, team-oriented, and professional attitude
