The HR Administrator will provide administrative and HR operational support for the factory site, ensuring smooth implementation of HR policies, timely documentation, and compliance with statutory and company procedures.
Responsibilities
- MIS working: Consolidate complete data for all admin expenses, maintain daily expenses in tracker, perform reconciliation work, assist admin manager.
- Municipality Health Card: Maintain tracker, prepare documents, coordinate staff medical & vaccination processes.
- Casual Labour Supply Management: Recheck approval requests, coordinate with suppliers, ensure proper deployment, maintain hired labor data, share hourly cutoff details with finance twice a month.
- Office Maintenance: Verify completion of all jobs, report issues to suppliers, ensure work is maintained.
- Canteen Management: Oversee food quality and hygienic standards with catering service providers.
- Event Management: Assist in organizing events and support the admin manager.
- Daily Operations: Support staff with admin-related queries, resolve issues promptly.
- Uniform and Shoes Management: Maintain employee data, ensure availability and replacement of uniforms and shoes.
- Driver Management: Assign daily tasks such as medical visits, immigration, and item collection.
- Petty Cash Processing: Manage petty cash, process bills, obtain approvals, and maintain records.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Understanding of HR operational processes and statutory compliance.
- Knowledge of factory working conditions and blue-collar workforce dynamics.
- Proficiency in MS Office; HRIS experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data handling.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Work Experience
1-3 years of relevant experience in HR administration or plant HR within a manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
Minimum High School Certificate; 2–5 years of experience in HR admin or plant HR; knowledge of local labor laws and statutory requirements.
