Job description

The HR Administrator will provide administrative and HR operational support for the factory site, ensuring smooth implementation of HR policies, timely documentation, and compliance with statutory and company procedures.

Responsibilities
  1. MIS working: Consolidate complete data for all admin expenses, maintain daily expenses in tracker, perform reconciliation work, assist admin manager.
  2. Municipality Health Card: Maintain tracker, prepare documents, coordinate staff medical & vaccination processes.
  3. Casual Labour Supply Management: Recheck approval requests, coordinate with suppliers, ensure proper deployment, maintain hired labor data, share hourly cutoff details with finance twice a month.
  4. Office Maintenance: Verify completion of all jobs, report issues to suppliers, ensure work is maintained.
  5. Canteen Management: Oversee food quality and hygienic standards with catering service providers.
  6. Event Management: Assist in organizing events and support the admin manager.
  7. Daily Operations: Support staff with admin-related queries, resolve issues promptly.
  8. Uniform and Shoes Management: Maintain employee data, ensure availability and replacement of uniforms and shoes.
  9. Driver Management: Assign daily tasks such as medical visits, immigration, and item collection.
  10. Petty Cash Processing: Manage petty cash, process bills, obtain approvals, and maintain records.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Understanding of HR operational processes and statutory compliance.
  • Knowledge of factory working conditions and blue-collar workforce dynamics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; HRIS experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data handling.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Work Experience

1-3 years of relevant experience in HR administration or plant HR within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Minimum High School Certificate; 2–5 years of experience in HR admin or plant HR; knowledge of local labor laws and statutory requirements.
