About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Front Office Administrator at Jumeirah Beach Hotel. The main duties and responsibilities include:

  1. Championing communications, customer service, administration, and responsiveness within the Front Office Department.
  2. Managing databases and records, supporting departmental operations.
  3. Coordinating with customers, management, suppliers, and other departments to resolve issues.
  4. Maintaining high standards of hotel policies related to fire, health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation.
  5. Coordinating room allocations with the front office.
  6. Reporting to Engineering work orders and following up on completion.
  7. Following up on HotSOS reports with relevant departments.
  8. Coordinating with the Team Leader regarding check-outs, Q rooms, and out-of-service or out-of-order rooms.
About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an international 5-star hotel property.
  • Experience in training.
  • Experience across all areas of Front Office.
  • Effective communication skills with guests and managers, strong interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
