About Wynn Al Marjan Island

On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in early 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offers 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa. It is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Contract Administrator – Contract Services to join the resort’s Procurement team.

The Primary Duties And Responsibilities
  • Review and draft a wide range of contract documents such as Amendments, Statements of Work, and Schedules, including analysis of contract financial documents and existing terms and conditions.
  • Proactively assess critical contract obligations, provisions, gaps, and risk areas; advise on contract revisions to better meet client needs.
  • Prioritize and work independently with account teams and clients; mentor other contracting professionals.
  • Familiarity with outsourcing services contracting practices and standards.
  • Negotiate and resolve contract issues/disputes; provide recommendations and solutions.
  • Assist team leads with proposals, ensuring alignment with existing contracts, and maximize benefits from new business.
  • Prepare and draft contracts related to Facilities, Project & Logistics, and Public Attractions.
  • Assist Legal Counsel by providing reviewed contracts and incorporating comments and amendments.
  • Gather feedback, collate comments or issues, and provide legal-related information for advice.
  • Disseminate legal advice to relevant departments and service providers for negotiation and conclusion of contracts.
  • Ensure the return and proper storage of all original contracts and legal documents.
  • Interact professionally with department and company team members, management, and contractors.
  • Provide valuable contracting advice to multinational business teams.
  • Guide and direct diverse teams in understanding and interpreting contract requirements.
  • Establish working relationships with Wynn clients, understanding strategic and operational goals to translate into effective contracting practices.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting issues and ensure accurate financial reporting.
About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • An advanced degree or a Bachelor's degree with equivalent experience.
  • At least 4+ years of experience in construction, maintenance, projects, outsourcing, services engagement, and contracts management.
  • A strong understanding of global negotiation, contracting issues, regulations, and terms.
  • Experience implementing strategic contract management tools and processes.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic (mandatory); conversational proficiency is preferred.
  • Knowledge of contract management, negotiation, and procurement.
  • Understanding of contract issues affecting regional or global projects.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of commercial contracts.
