Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Handle office and apartment rental and maintenance;
  2. Company certificates and permits renewal;
  3. Handle and coordinate active calendars;
  4. Schedule and confirm meetings;
  5. Ensure file organization based on office protocol;
  6. Provide ad hoc support around office as needed;
  7. Client relationship skills to maintain professional communication with clients;
  8. Carry out clerical duties including answering phones and preparing documents;
  9. Organizing travel and accommodation for staff and client;
  10. Arranging both internal and external events -Visa applications for expatriates, permission applications for work;
  11. Maintaining the company social media;
  12. Other tasks assigned by the line manager to support the operation of the company

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;
  2. +3 years of experience in same filed;
  3. Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills;
  4. Ability to multitask;
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite;
  6. Demonstrate excellent English communication skills, including reading, writing, and oral expression.
