Job Title: Administrative & Operations Assistant

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and fashion-flavored Administrative & Operations Assistant to support the daily running of our store. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of administrative, logistical, and marketing tasks, ensuring smooth operations and excellent supplier relations. This role requires a solution-oriented mindset, the ability to work under pressure, and a strong passion for fashion.

Key Responsibilities:

·Manage and coordinate administrative tasks related to store operations

·Maintain and update inventory records accurately

·Liaise with suppliers to manage orders, deliveries, and relationships

·Update and optimize content on our website to reflect new arrivals, promotions, and store updates

·Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and supplier performance

·Assist with social media marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility and engagement

·Coordinate logistics related to stock movement and store events

·Support other ad hoc tasks to ensure a seamless customer experience

Qualifications:

·Proven experience in retail, fashion, or a related administrative role

·Strong organizational and time-management skills

·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·Proficiency with inventory management systems and basic website content management

·Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools

·Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

·Solution-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities

·Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

·A keen eye for fashion and style trends

Educational Requirements:

·Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Fashion, Marketing, or related field preferred

Preferred Skills:

·Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and inventory software

·Experience in supplier negotiations and relationship management

·Creative mindset with an interest in fashion and branding
