Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Emiratization team and assisting with the recruitment and placement of Emirati candidates in various organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Emiratization team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining records.
  • Assist with the recruitment process for Emirati candidates, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain a database of Emirati candidates and their qualifications, skills, and experience.
  • Liaise with organizations and candidates to schedule interviews and follow up on the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate with government agencies and organizations to ensure compliance with Emiratization requirements.
  • Prepare and submit reports on Emiratization efforts and progress to management.
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation of Emirati candidates in their new roles.
  • Participate in career fairs and other events to promote Emiratization and our services.
  • Continuously stay updated on Emiratization policies and regulations to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a recruitment or Emiratization-related position.
  • Knowledge of Emiratization policies and regulations is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
