Job description

We at Uber Homes Real Estate are looking for a highly organized and efficient Administrative Officer to support our operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will handle a range of administrative and clerical tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations and supporting agents, management, and clients in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily office operations, including correspondence, filing, and scheduling.

• Prepare, proofread, and maintain contracts, lease agreements, and real estate documentation.

• Handle incoming inquiries, phone calls, and emails, and direct them appropriately.

• Assist in coordinating property listings, viewings, and documentation with agents and clients.

• Maintain and organize digital and physical office records and filing systems.

• Liaise with government departments (e.g., DLD, RERA) for document submissions, renewals, and approvals.

• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

• Assist with HR and accounting-related admin tasks when required.

• Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.

• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive company and client information.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

• Minimum 2–3 years of administrative experience, preferably in the UAE real estate sector.

• Strong knowledge of office management procedures and real estate documentation.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management systems.

• Knowledge in basic editing, Canva, etc.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a dynamic environment.

• Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with Dubai Land Department (DLD) and RERA procedures.

• Experience supporting sales agents or property managers.
