The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth office administration and providing support to various departments.


Requirements Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and document handling.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, packages).

  • Prepare reports, memos, and other documents as required.

  • Maintain and update records, databases, and office systems.

  • Assist with HR-related administrative duties (onboarding, leave tracking, etc.).

  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.

  • Support procurement processes by preparing requisitions and following up on approvals.

  • Ensure office supplies and equipment are ordered and maintained.

  • Communicate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders.

  • Uphold confidentiality and company policies at all times.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Must be a UAE National (with a valid Emirates ID).

  • High school diploma or bachelor s degree in business administration or related field.

  • Proven experience in administrative or office support roles preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

  • Professional attitude and appearance.

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
