We are looking for an experienced Administrative Manager to take charge of all administrative functions, support high-profile projects, and ensure the seamless operation of one of our affiliate companies in Fujairah. This pivotal role demands exceptional organizational ability, discretion, and the capacity to manage sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.

The ideal candidate will be someone who can oversee various projects, track progress, and manage coordination across office operations, people, and timelines—essentially holding everything together and ensuring the smooth running of activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all administrative functions, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, travel, and events for high-profile initiatives.
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, track milestones, and follow up on deliverables.
  • Act as the primary liaison between management, project stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Manage coordination across office operations, staff, and timelines to ensure alignment.
  • Oversee document control, records management, and correspondence tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and project documentation.
  • Handle urgent and sensitive matters with discretion and sound judgment.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ managerial experience in administration or office management.
  • Proven ability to manage high-profile and confidential projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic preferred).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with office systems.
  • UAE work experience preferred.
