Overview

The role involves overseeing daily operations, managing strategic growth, ensuring compliance, and fostering client relationships while possessing strong leadership and negotiation skills.

Position may involve managing multiple administrative functions across locations, including labour camps, fleet, HR, finance, IT, and government relations, with a focus on compliance, efficiency, and employee welfare.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee operations management, office administration, procurement support, and ensure compliance with ADNOC standards; maintain strong organizational skills.
  • Manage administrative functions for labour camps, fleets, and government relations; ensure UAE laws, visa procedures, and office administration compliance.
  • Lead HR functions including recruitment, payroll, policy development, compliance, performance management, onboarding, employee relations, and training support; ensure knowledge of UAE labour law.
  • Manage financial records using Tally ERP9, oversee accounts payable/receivable, ensure regulatory compliance, and support administrative tasks with strong organizational skills.
  • Develop and implement HR policies; administer benefits programs and engagement initiatives to ensure compliance and workforce satisfaction.
  • Coordinate recruitment processes, travel and visa arrangements, and office operations while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support, manage documentation, and oversee vendor relations to ensure compliance with regulations and efficient operations.
  • Manage site operations, ensure policy adherence, maintain secure working environments, and supervise administrative tasks across sites.
  • Oversee PRO activities, payroll processes, performance management, IT support, and provide leadership for cross-location teams.
  • Support transportation operations and vehicle management, maintain records, and ensure cost control and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage contracts administration and negotiation in relevant sectors; ensure strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Develop and oversee regulatory affairs and public relations to ensure compliance and operational excellence while leading teams and improving processes.
  • Assist in trading-related activities or market analysis as applicable, and coordinate with teams to support business goals.
  • Identify and develop client relationships, achieve sales targets where applicable, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with strong organizational skills; relevant field depending on area of responsibility; leadership experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and HR practices; experience with recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and compliance.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Tally ERP9) and office IT support; ability to manage documentation and vendor relations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; ability to lead cross-location teams and coordinate with government agencies.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, attention to detail, and focus on compliance and employee welfare.
