Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Manager to oversee the administrative functions of our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing documentation, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records and files, including company documents, contracts, and licenses.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including company registration, licensing, and visa processes.
  • Coordinate with government authorities, banks, and other stakeholders to obtain necessary documents and approvals.
  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, agendas, and minutes.
  • Manage the company's documentation and record-keeping systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Supervise and train administrative staff, as required.
