Job description

About the Client:

Our client is a visionary international real estate development firm, currently leading one of Southeast Asia’s largest coastal township projects.

Role: Admin / HR Executive

They are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR/Admin Executive to support day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with UAE regulations. The candidate should be willing to travel to Cambodia (all expenses paid) as an introductory trip.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding & payroll
  • Ensure UAE Labour Law compliance (contracts, WPS, visa processing)
  • Manage employee relations, insurance & benefits
  • Handle payroll, leaves, benefits, and medical insurance.
  • Handle document control, procurement & vendor management
  • Coordinate with PROs and support compliance with DMCC, DAFZA, JAFZA or mainland regulations
  • Knowledge of Emiratisation policies is a plus.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in real estate, investment, or asset management
  • UAE experience essential
  • Strong English communication; Arabic is a plus
  • Familiarity with HR systems (Zoho, Bayzat, Oracle, SAP)
  • Willingness to travel includes an introductory trip to Cambodia
