Job Title: Temporary Admin Assistant

Location: Aldar HQ Building, Abu Dhabi, UAE

Contract Duration: 3 Months

Availability: Immediate Joiners Only

About the Role:

Our client, a management consultancy based in Abu Dhabi, is looking to hire a Temporary Admin Assistant for a 3-month contract. The ideal candidate will be experienced in administrative tasks, proactive in supporting multiple departments, and available to join immediately.

Budget: AED 7000-9000

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and welcoming guests/staff and providing them with a positive first impression of the company
  • Answering telephone calls; taking messages and providing accurate information
  • Keeping the office secure by following procedures, monitoring logbooks, and issuing visitor badges
  • Complying with procedures, rules, and regulations to maintain a safe and clean office environment
  • Receiving, sorting, and dispatching mails and packages from courier services
  • Scheduling and maintaining appointments
  • Organizing conference and meeting room bookings
  • Providing general administrative and clerical support
  • Drafting Purchase Orders (POs) and maintaining related documentation
  • Assisting stakeholders across different departments with administrative coordination
  • Handling courier service coordination for internal and external documents

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Admin Assistant or in a similar administrative role in the UAE
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Efficient, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and capable of working with minimal supervision
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have his/her own visa.

Work Schedule:

  • Days: Monday to Friday
  • Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
