A leading consulting firm in Dubai is seeking an Administrative Assistant for its Real Estate Division. The role involves providing administrative support, preparing documents, maintaining records, and coordinating with various stakeholders. Candidates should have a degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or Finance, along with relevant experience and strong organizational skills. Immediate starters are preferred.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the operational and administrative functions of our Real Estate Division at our Dubai office.
The ideal candidate will be involved with the coordination and implementation of office procedures; and will have prior experience in real estate or valuation, and be comfortable handling sensitive documents, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring smooth documentation workflows across the department. In some cases, oversee and supervise the work of junior staff. Most work involves both written and oral communication, word processing and typing, and requires relevant skills such as IT, organisational and presentation skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure, often juggling several tasks at once.
