About The Role

The Administrative Assistant supports the Marketing and Communications team by managing administrative tasks, personal assistance, financial tracking, and media coordination, contributing to successful marketing strategies. Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Director of Marketing and Communications and team members.
  • Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
  • Preparing documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Handling calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
  • Maintaining organized filing systems.
  • Assisting with travel arrangements.
  • Tracking expenses, processing invoices, and managing purchase orders within budget.
  • Supporting vendor creation and maintaining vendor relationships.
  • Handling sensitive information confidentially.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the Director.
  • Preparing financial reports and assisting in budget management.

About You

Minimum 2 years' experience as an administrative or personal assistant, preferably in hospitality or luxury sectors. Experience in financial tracking, expense management, and travel coordination is essential.
