Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Human Resources department. This role will handle a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the HR team. Key Responsibilities: • Maintain and organize employee records, both digital and paper files • Assist in the recruitment process (scheduling interviews, posting jobs, coordinating with candidates) • Support onboarding and offboarding processes • Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and policy updates • Manage HR calendars, schedule meetings, and organize department events or training sessions • Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance • Help with payroll processing and timesheet collection • Maintain office and HR supply inventories • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for HR metrics and projects • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws

• High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in HR • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational and time management abilities • Discretion and confidentiality are essential • Familiarity with HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, ADP) • Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices • Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision • Attention to Detail – Ability to spot errors, inconsistencies, and anomalies in data, documents, or processes. • Analytical Thinking – Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess information critically. • Time Management – Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining high accuracy. • Organizational Skills – Strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently without compromising quality. • Communication – Clear and precise written and verbal communication skills
