About Wynn Al Marjan Island

On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in early 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offers 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and a five-star spa. The resort is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join the resort’s Finance team.

The Primary Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role Include:

  1. Manage the CFO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  2. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for the CFO.
  3. Organize and maintain confidential financial documents and records.
  4. Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports for the CFO and finance team.
  5. Assist in the preparation of financial reports and departmental documentation.
  6. Coordinate onboarding activities for new finance team members, including orientation schedules and resource allocation.
  7. Support the CFO in organizing team meetings, briefings, and training sessions.
  8. Maintain attendance records and assist in scheduling team rosters and breaks.
  9. Provide guidance and support to junior administrative staff within the finance department.
  10. Facilitate internal communication and ensure relevant information is shared across the finance team.
  11. Interact professionally and positively with team members, management, and external stakeholders.
  12. Attend department meetings and contribute to effective communication within the team.
  13. Promote team spirit and ensure effective two-way communication.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  15. Follow health and safety standards and contribute to a safe working environment.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
