Job Description

What you will be doing, reporting to SVP, Accor One Living, Global Mixed-Use Development:

  1. Manage executive calendars, appointments, and prioritize scheduling requirements
  2. Handle travel and logistical coordination for Dubai-based team members
  3. Manage expense reporting, purchase orders, and invoicing
  4. Coordinate in-person and logistical requirements for the Dubai-based members of the team (such as IT requirements, arrangements for client meetings, etc.)
  5. Prepare professional communications and correspondence on behalf of executives
  6. Support coordination of residential marketing partnership opportunities for development partners in EMEA
  7. Support coordination of internal meetings and ensure accuracy of minutes and action items as required
  8. Support in information and data management related to residential projects
Qualifications

Ideal Candidate:

  1. Minimum post-secondary education (college or university), BA in business administration or equivalent strongly preferred
  2. Minimum of 5 years relevant experience (preferably in the hotel and/or residential development industry)
  3. Fluency in English, including strong written and verbal communication skills is essential; proficiency in French would be a plus
  4. Power user of PowerPoint, strong Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel skills
  5. Strong technology skills and confident user of SharePoint, OneDrive
  6. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of employees & stakeholders
  7. Strong written, professional communication skills
  8. Expert time management skills with the ability to prioritize and deal with urgency as required
