We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the head of Operational Department PA, Head of Technical and general Operational admin tasks supervised by the PA. This role is well-suited for someone highly organized, discreet, and eager to grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You'll be supporting senior leadership, maintaining real-time accuracy across reports and trackers, and ensuring smooth coordination of day-to-day tasks.
