Job Description:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our data is accurate and up to date, allowing us to provide exceptional service to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain and manage information in our CRM system and admin panel.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Input and update customer and order information in the CRM system and admin panel.
  2. Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular audits and data cleansing.
  3. Generate reports to support management in decision-making processes.
  4. Assist in responding to customer inquiries and providing information about our services.
  5. Collaborate with the tailoring team to ensure seamless communication and data flow.
  6. Support the organization of administrative tasks and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a retail or service-oriented environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
