Key Responsibilities
Manage
front desk operations and greet visitors professionally
Handle
correspondence, emails, and phone calls
Organize
meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements
Maintain
filing systems and databases (both digital and physical)
Assist with
document preparation and presentations
Coordinate
office supplies and equipment maintenance
Support
HR with onboarding new employees
Provide
general administrative support to various departments
Requirements
️
Education: High school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred)
️
Experience: 2+ years in administrative roles
️ Technical Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with Google Workspace
- Basic understanding of office equipment ️ Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- High level of discretion and confidentiality ️ Language: Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
