Exciting Opportunity for Administrative Assistant Are you an organized, detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a passion for the automotive industry? We are looking for a proactive Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team at Ali & Sons Group. This is a fantastic opportunity to support daily operations and ensure seamless coordination across departments in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries related to aftersales services, including warranties, repairs, and maintenance.
Schedule and confirm service appointments, ensuring efficient customer service.
Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Manage and escalate customer complaints as needed.
Maintain accurate records of service requests, warranty claims, and repair histories.
Prepare and distribute service reports and performance metrics.
Assist in invoice preparation and support timely payment follow-ups.
Act as a liaison between customers, technicians, suppliers, and internal departments.
Coordinate service schedules to ensure timely delivery of services.
Monitor and manage spare parts and service supply stock levels.
Coordinate with procurement to order parts and supplies as required.
Organize and maintain departmental records and files for smooth operations.
Provide general office support, including handling calls, emails, and day-to-day administrative tasks.
Requirements: Education: Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in an automotive, technical, or customer service environment.
Languages: Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
