Responsibilities

  • Overseeing and owning all corporate secretarial tasks and relationships within Rapyd
  • Front Desk: greet Rapyd employees and visitors
  • Facilities management: making sure common spaces are well maintained, office supply is sufficient, postage and delivery of packages, building maintenance requests are monitored, etc.
  • Administration support for our executive team
  • Working and managing outside vendors (groceries, delivery, flights etc.)
  • Organizing meetings and managing group calendars

Requirements

  • At least 1 year experience as an office admin either in the private sector or in the IDF
  • Experience with spreadsheets in MS Office and/or Google Suite - strong preference to Google Suite
  • Excellent English - (both verbal and written)
  • Additional languages - advantage
  • Customer oriented and pleasant
  • Ability to work under pressure (Organized multi-tasker)
  • Good interpersonal skills
