As the studio continues to grow, they are seeking a highly organised and personable Studio Coordinator to support day-to-day operations and ensure the smooth running of the studio.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee daily studio operations and maintain an organised, welcoming environment
  • Manage bookkeeping tasks including invoicing, expenses, and vendor coordination (QuickBooks)
  • Act as first point of contact for clients, suppliers, and visitors
  • Coordinate meetings, calendars, studio schedules, and team support
  • Maintain studio supplies, documents, and internal systems
  • Assist with HR admin and onboarding of new team members

Ideal Candidate:

  • Must be based in Dubai
  • Experienced in admin or coordination roles within a creative or design environment
  • Proficient in QuickBooks, Google Drive, and Excel
  • Highly organised, proactive, and confident in communication
