Job summary

A leading company in Dubai seeks an Administrator to oversee office management and support various functions including visa procedures, account management, and event organization. Ideal candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree and have substantial administration experience, along with excellent communication skills in English. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

  • 3-4 Years of Experience in Administration role.
  • Mandarin speaking would be a plus.

Job description

Responsibilities

  • Knowledge of DMCC visa application/cancellation/amendments etc
  • Upkeep of office, managing and overlooking job responsibility of office boy
  • Account management: DEWA, Empower & DU Telecom.
  • To procure office supplies including pantry items & and stationaries.
  • Coordinate with building management to resolve office conservation-related issues.
  • Provide full support to organize company events.
  • Responsible to co-ordinate with HQ for IT-related matters
  • Responsible for handling petty cash and updating the cash log sheet against petty cash.
  • Responsible for arranging business/travel/work visas on request and liaising with the Travel Agency
  • To look after all relocation matters including Onboarding, hotel accommodation, flight ticket booking, and pick up and drop off from the airport to hotel for new joiners/visitors.
  • Maintenance of company apartments and vehicles

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Management.
  • 3-4 Years of Experience in Administration role.
  • Fluent in English – both written and oral communication skills, Mandarin speaking would be a plus.
