Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for visitors, phone calls, and general enquiries
Carry out day-to-day administrative duties such as data entry, filing, scanning, and document control
Assist project managers with scheduling, job bookings, and tracking project documentation
Manage and maintain records of AutoCAD drawings, ensuring correct version control and accessibility
Use project management software to support project tracking, reporting, and communication
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and support team communication with clients, contractors, and suppliers
Support the commercial and accounts team with basic accounts tasks including invoicing, timesheets, and purchase orders
Maintain office supplies, equipment, and a clean and professional reception area
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience in a receptionist or administration role, preferably within construction or a similar industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create and manage spreadsheets, use formulas, and generate reports
Previous experience working with project management software
Familiarity with managing and organizing AutoCAD drawings, as well as coordination with drafters/designers
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
