Your Responsibilities
This role involves managing the servicing part of confirmed clients from end to end, starting from placing the business after a firm order to servicing and payment collection.
Key Tasks & Duties
- Manage three sections of the client servicing sector under Employee Benefits policies: onboarding/placement of client policies after receiving a firm order, servicing needs during the policy year, and SOA reconciliation and payment collection.
- Have hands-on experience in onboarding clients, understanding regulatory and compliance requirements for placing medical and life policies with various insurers.
- Possess good technical knowledge of medical and life policies under Employee Benefits, including updated regulatory knowledge on member addition, deletion, and transfers within UAE, MEA, and ROW policies.
- Experience in handling SOAs and payment processes.
- Excel skills must be excellent.
- Maintain contacts in the local insurance market for communication and escalation of concerns.
- Ability to upgrade processes as needed.
- Multitask effectively.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve concerns.
- Manage workflow, create team schedules, and delegate tasks.
- Assess employee performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Train and onboard new hires.
- Set goals for team members aligned with company plans and vision.
- Report performance and evaluations to senior management.
