Job Description

Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE (Hybrid Role – Must Be Able to Commute)

Company Overview:
We are a dynamic and growing company operating across multiple sectors including yachting, media, and luxury services. As we expand, we are looking for a highly experienced and organized Administration & Finance Executive to join our team in a hybrid capacity, based in Ras Al Khaimah.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Administration & Coordination
    Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the office
    Maintain calendars, arrange meetings, and handle correspondence
    Act as the primary point of contact between departments and management
  • Bookkeeping & Financial Support
    Maintain accurate financial records and handle bookkeeping duties
    Prepare, issue, and track invoices and payments
    Work closely with finance to support reporting and audits
  • Legal & Regulatory Paperwork
    Ensure company documents, licenses, and records are kept up to date
    Coordinate renewals, submissions, and filings with UAE authorities
    Liaise with PROs, legal advisors, and external partners when needed
  • Departmental Liaison
    Communicate efficiently with different departments to ensure smooth operations
    Follow up on task completion, document submission, and deadlines

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Gender Requirement: Female only (due to internal team dynamics and role responsibilities)
  • Residency: Must be currently based in the UAE
  • Experience:
    Minimum 10 years of experience in a Finance & Administration, Executive Assistant, or Secretary role
    Proven experience with bookkeeping and handling invoices
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with accounting software is a plus
  • Must be able to commute to Ras Al Khaimah as required for the hybrid role
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and reliability
